The conference rooms at Aries Hotel & Spa Szczyrk have been very carefully designed, taking into account both business needs and the interior aesthetics. When deciding to cooperate with our hotel, in addition to beautiful and functional conference spaces, we also provide professional technical service and dedicated staff for coffee service, lunch or an evening banquet.
Business rooms
Our largest room is also a banquet hall with unique wooden decor. It is a very spacious hall, whose atmosphere provides an ideal background for ceremonial events, the organization of elegant banquets, galas and special receptions.
Additionally, we have two other rooms that can be connected or separated depending on the individual needs of the company. The mobility of the rooms makes it possible to conduct two parallel sessions, workshops or presentations at the same time.

VIP room
The VIP room is the most intimate space, created especially for smaller business meetings, discussions, negotiations or presentations with a smaller group of participants. It was designed to provide comfort and privacy.
By using the VIP room, the company has access to dedicated service staff who take care of every detail of the meeting. Perfect conditions for conducting important events.
Foyer
The foyer is a space that integrates all conference rooms, but at the same time is independent of them. This is a zone that can have many functions depending on the needs of the meeting.
The foyer as a space to relax after an intensive training session or to establish business contacts after a presentation. It is also an ideal point for coffee breaks or lunches. The foyer can also serve as an exhibition space for presenting products or services.
